Overview:

1. 3” steel machine frames.

2. Ultra-wear folding roll sheet gripping surfaces. Our competitors require months of downtime or a spare set of folding rolls and typically last 5 years or less. Our folding roll design is 16 years and counting without replacement of gripper surfaces.

3. Simple manual folder like discharge greatly reduces cost and complexity (operator friendly) of count elevators and fingers under folders.

4. Simple separator design that is so intuitive that operators that run manual delivery folders can easily run this with little or no learning curve.

5. Elimination of servo elevator count and separation fingers under the folding rolls eliminates a huge investment of training needed for maintenance personnel and operator personnel thereby reducing the overhead cost of operation many times overlooked.

6. Utilizes patented technology: Pat#6,165,116, 6,865,861, & 7,771,337 are currently used in production.

7. Speeds: Singlefold: 600 fpm web speed. Multifold: 1000 fpm web speed.

8. Widths: Up to 103” wide.

9. We can supply the complete or partial line from parent roll to stacked cases on pallet.
